How to Return:

If you​'ve changed your mind about your item we offer full refund returns (buyer pays postage). You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, if returns are started after the time period you may not be entitled to a refund. Once we have received the return your refund will be processed on the same day.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

​If you have received a damaged or incorrect item we offer free replacements or full refunds with postage paid by us. You must contact us within 5 days, if you contact us after the stated period you may not be entitled to a refund/replacement.

If your contacting about an order you made please include your name, purchase number and reason for contact. We will aim to get back to you as fast as possible however if you contact us outside of our operating hours (10am-7pm) we may take longer to get back to you.

We offer free UK shipping for orders over £24.95. Orders under £24.95 are subject to a £2.99 delivery charge. All orders are dispatched within the same day if ordered before 1pm during our working days (Monday to Friday), otherwise orders are dispatched on the next business day. All orders are shipped with Evri next day tracked shipping.

International Shipping:

We offer free international shipping for orders over £49.95. Orders under £49.95 are subject to a £7.99 delivery charge. All international orders are shipped with Evri International Tracked Shipping (3-7 working days).
